今早一到公司,習慣性地打開電腦登入MSN,
一切都如往常一樣...

嗯?不太對,
我有23封新郵件?
誰這麼愛慕我呀,怪事~
一邊疑惑著一邊點開MSN的信箱,
一看,
全是EBAY寄來的,
除了第一封是啥歡迎成為EBAY新會員的招呼信,
再來十封是得標信之外,
後面的信件全部都是刊登成功的通知,
看到這裡我陷入一種極度疑惑的狀態...
難道我昨天被種木馬了嗎@_@!?
難道我中毒了嗎?
為什麼我大半年沒用的eBAY帳號會被盜用?
喔賣尬~~這可不得了啦啦啦啦啦~~~
一邊慌張地到eBAY更改所有的會員資料,
一邊找尋聯絡方法,
還一邊搜尋網路上有沒相關討論,
結果才發現遇到這種狀況的人不只我一個,
而且eBAY台灣官方已經知道了,
正與美國和大陸(沒錯,又是大陸駭客)的eBAY聯絡中,
看來並不是我的電腦中毒,
而是台灣eBAY的資料庫被入侵了,
既然我不是單獨案件的話,
那應該就不會有什麼「你買了東西怎麼不付錢?」「我匯錢過去了怎麼沒寄來?」的糾紛,
才算是鬆了一口氣。

前幾天才聽一個圈內的朋友提到台灣eBAY要被合併到PCHOME,
(等於賣掉吧)
原因是拼不過奇摩方便得多的介面,
沒想到eBAY值此黯然時刻,
還發生這種雪上加霜的事件,
連死都沒能得個好死樣,
eBAY真是慘烈哪...

打這篇網誌的同時,
MSN右下角「您已經收到eBAY寄來的一封新郵件」的自動訊息視窗,
還在間歇地一直冒出來,
現在我的MSN信箱裡面已經擠了近兩百封來自eBAY的電子郵件,
(囧!)
而且數量還在增加中...
基本上那個帳號我也不會再使用了,
希望eBAY能快點解決。


唔,前陣子申請的網路銀行去停掉吧。(抖)

10:57分的更新消息:

我寄給EBAY的求救信已經被處理了,
EBAY寄了火星文信來,
雖然我看不懂,但是看起來似乎是教我如何防範的信件,
且讓我將它全文張貼如下:

It appears your account was taken over by a third party and used to place
several unauthorized listings on eBay or to alter some of your current
listings. Additionally, the email address on your account may have been
tampered with, which is why you may not have received an email about these
listings. Based on these factors, we have restored your eBay account at this
time.

To regain control of your account, please access the "Securing Your Account"
Help page by following the steps outlined below:

- Enter www.ebay.com in your Web browser’s address or location bar to access
the eBay.com Home Page.
- Click the "Security Center" link located near the bottom of the page.
- Select the "Protecting Your eBay Account" link located under the "General
Marketplace Safety" section to access the "Securing Your Account" Help page.
- Follow the instructions provided on the "Securing Your Account" page to
regain access to your account.

As you take these steps, please be aware that you may need to repeat the
instructions provided above or use the "back" button on your Web browser to
return to the "Securing Your Account" page.

1. Change the password on your EMAIL account to verify that it is secure and
cannot be accessed by anyone other than you.
2. Click the "Request a new eBay password" link and change your password using
the instructions provided.
3. Click the "Change the Secret Question and Answer" link to select a new
secret question and answer. If you don't have a secret question, you can create

Let us suggest a few ways this take-over could have occurred:

First, there have been a number of email messages recently sent to eBay members
asking for User IDs and passwords. These unsolicited and spoofed messages
appear to come from eBay Support, but in fact do not. eBay never requests
sensitive information of this nature via email.

Second, if you use a fairly simple or easy-to-guess password, it's possible
that someone could guess it after repeated attempts. For this reason, it's
important to use a password that consists of a combination of letters and
numbers making it very difficult to guess. The same applies for the password
hint question. It's also important to use different passwords for the various
online accounts you use (email, PayPal, etc).

Last, there are a number of computer viruses in circulation that log and record
keystrokes. It's recommended that computer users keep their virus alert
software up-to-date, and check for operating system and web browser updates. A
firewall for high-speed internet users is also highly recommended.
